Blue Moon Software & Information

Following is the Blue Moon order form to get your community registered with Blue Moon. As of October 15, 2010,  you can either order your forms online version through Blue Moon or order paper forms through PTAA. Below explains about each product. Once you have chosen the product you would like, please complete the attached order form and we will set it up for you.

Also let us know if you're interested in purchasing a legal handbook that breaks down each paragraph in the lease in a simple, easy to read format. Please let us know how many legal handbooks you would like to purchase and the address you would like them to be sent.

 We also offer the option to fill out the form out by hand and fax it to us.

Important Update on Software Product Users: In a effort to streamline AANC’s Blue Moon forms, we are no longer offering the Software product to new users.  In the coming months we will be evaluating renewing current Software users to the Online product.  Current Software users still have the ability to download upgrades and renew their user license until further notice.  Please contact PTAA if you have any questions.
