NEW Vendor Partner with Admin Fee - $500.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 5 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No recurring payments This will cover your membership dues through December 31, 2011. The next calendar year’s dues will be prorated.

Vendor Partner membership is open to any individual, small business owner, or corporation which services, supplies, or otherwise deals with multi-family, rental housing or is interested in the promotion of the multi-family housing industry.
• Monthly Membership Meetings provide the opportunity to meet and network with other industry professionals in an educational and professional setting.
• Annual Trade Show provides an outstanding and cost-effective way for Vendor Partner Members to exhibit their products and services to industry professionals and decision makers.
• Membership Directory/Products & Services Guide provides an easy to read, thorough, and exclusive listings of TAA member communities, management companies, and Vendor Partner Members. Vendor Partners receive two free listings and have the opportunity to advertise in this handbook which is updated annually.
• Bimonthly News Magazine keeps Vendor Partner Members and the general membership attuned to what is happening in our industry on local, state, and national fronts. This publication is widely read by our membership and its staff monthly… a great way to make the most of your advertising dollar.
• Participate on a Committee and discover an outstanding way to become directly involved in the function of the Association. This is a great opportunity to learn more about your industry. This gets your face and name recognized and shows your support. Our first choice is always to do business with an Vendor Partner!

Your membership in TAA automatically gives you representation in the National Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of North Carolina. NAA represents your interest politically on the national level, while providing a multitude of educational and support services. AANC is the state representative for the multifamily interests in the legislative arena. Our lobbyist monitors, supports, and initiates legislation on behalf of your interests.
