Trade Show Details:
Date & Time: Thursday, October 20, 2011, 5:30- 8pm
Red Carpet Disasters from 4:30- 5:30pm-- Free to all attendees!
Theme: PTAA Emmy Awards
- Vendor Partners encouraged to dress and decorate their booths in their favorite TV show theme
- Attendees to dress as if attending the awards show
Prizes: Best dressed Male & Female attendee can win $300 each! (Vendors are the judges so be sure to visit each booth to show off your fabulous clothing ensemble!
TV Guide Card: Visit the 12 participating booths for a chance to win $200, $300 and $500 CASH!
Location: Greensboro Coliseum, Special Events Center, Hall B (same as last year)

(sorry, non-exhibiting vendor partners may not attend)

Action Items: (once you reserve a booth)
- Email list of booth attendees to PTAA at Rachel@piedmonttaa.org
- FILL OUT YOUR CONTRACT AND RETURN!!
- Email your company name (the way you’d like it printed on your Booth Identification Sign) to Rachel.
- Download forms you may need for carpet, internet or utilities other than standard electricity. Also download the Door Prize form if you need it.
- Think of booth theme!
- Contract Must be completed and signed by October 6, 2011 to exhibit.
- Utilities order form (standard electricity is already included.)
